Job summary

Breadwinners Foods Corporation is seeking candidates to assist in the preparation and execution of new store openings. You will support operational setup, including store readiness, systems, and processes, and train and mentor newly hired store team members.

Ideal candidates are graduates in Food & Beverage related fields with team leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to travel and work shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any course related to Food and Beverage or equivalent field.
• Preferably with team leader experience.
• Friendly, customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel and work on a shifting schedule, including graveyard shifts.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines during store openings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of new store openings
• Support operational setup, including store readiness, systems, and processes
• Train, guide, and mentor newly hired store team members
• Ensure adherence to company standards in customer service, product quality, and store operations
• Act as a role model in delivering excellent customer service
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve training and store opening processes
• Coordinate with management and other teams during pre-opening and opening phases
• Adapt to different store environments and team dynamics as needed
