JBW FloorCenter, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager/Sales Manager to oversee daily retail operations at the Lingayen Pangasinan branch and drive sales growth.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven experience in store or branch management. You will manage staff, inventory, customer service, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering outstanding shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Ceramic Engineering, Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as Sales Manager, Branch Manager, or Store Manager.
• Confident, professional, and presentable.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work at FC FLOOR CENTER - Lingayen Pangasinan Branch.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets.
• Manage store personnel, inventory, scheduling, and customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy while maintaining store appearance.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising for displays and maintain security measures.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff to meet sales goals and uphold company policies.
