Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Bulua, Cagayan de Oro. The role oversees daily store operations, merchandisingDisplay setup, staff training, and customer service to drive sales growth.

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree, 5+ years in retail, and strong leadership and communication skills. On-site position with responsibilities across staff management, compliance, and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry
• Excellent Organizational Skills, Leadership and Communications Skills, People Management Skills, Coaching Skills
• Preferably Supervisor with 5+ years in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting and serving customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruiting, selecting, training, coaching and disciplining employees; monitoring and appraising job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline and SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
