Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of store staff, including baristas and cashier personnel.
• Create work schedules, assign tasks, and provide training to new employees.
• Foster a positive and motivated work environment by promoting teamwork and staff development.
• Ensure customers receive outstanding service and maintain product quality and presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Train and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders to maintain stock.
• Monitor and control operating costs to meet budgetary goals.
• Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure products are prepared and served according to quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks on ingredients, equipment, and finished products.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing hygiene standards.
• Adhere to local health regulations and food safety guidelines.
