Fredley Group of Companies in the Philippines seeks a Store Manager to lead a busy café environment in Metro Manila. You will supervise baristas and cashiers, plan schedules, and train new staff while upholding brand standards.

You will drive sales through promotions, manage inventory, and enforce health and safety guidelines, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills are essential, along with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail or food service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to mentor a team.
• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic math skills for inventory and sales data management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead store staff, including training and scheduling.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and presentation; handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Oversee daily operations, opening/closing procedures, and inventory management.
• Set sales targets, implement promotions, and participate in local marketing initiatives.
• Ensure product preparation follows Macao Imperial Tea's quality and safety standards.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and local health regulations.
