Responsibilities

• Responsible for store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Comply with legal requirements for store operations.
• Recruit, train, and discipline employees.
• Provide guidance on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering items as needed.
• Update and report sales and staff assignments to HQ.
• Send documents related to HQ.
• Follow established guidelines and SOP.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.

• Stocking & Order Own Use Item & small notes needed.
• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
