Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Required languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years of experience in retail industry.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Experience in merchandising and coaching is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achievement.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth running.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for store safety.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Report sales, staffing and assignments to HQ.
• Adhere to SOP and guidelines; perform other duties.
