Job summary

MR.DIY Philippines Ilagan is seeking an experienced retail supervisor to drive store sales and ensure efficient daily operations. You will set up gondolas, merchandise displays, and maintain a tidy store environment while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 5+ years in retail, a Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and coaching abilities. Fluency in Filipino and English is expected, with the aim of upholding store standards and brand reputation.

Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required languages: Filipino and English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items; small notes needed.
• Complete and report sales, staffing, assignments to HQ and superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
