Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Administration required.
• 6 months to 1 year in store management and operations from retail/food establishments preferred.
• Strong people management skills and leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated results orientation and focus on customers.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service operations and drive excellent service levels.
• Accountable for category sales achievement and promotional execution.
• Ensure 100% customer service level and adherence to WalterMart standards.
• Oversee safety and sanitation within the category and FEFO implementation.
• Ensure timely and accurate promotion execution and shelf tag updates.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy for category assignments and prevent bad orders.
