Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure the store’s daily operations are properly managed.
• Maintain a tidy and clean store.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet & serve customers.
• Comply with legal requirements to maintain the store’s reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline employees.
• Provide guidance on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe & clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order necessary items.
• Report sales and updates to HQ and superiors.
