Job summary

Star Paper Corporation is seeking a Store Supervisor in Metro Manila. You will lead a sales team, set targets, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining an organized store and promotional displays.

Responsibilities include inventory control, team training, and coordinating restocking. The role requires 2–3 years in retail, POS proficiency, and strong communication. Weekend work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
• 2-3 years of experience in retail or related field.
• Proficient in POS system and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in bags & luggage retail preferred.
• Supervisory/teal leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift and move merchandise.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.
• Familiarity with bags and luggage products.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and set sales targets for the team.
• Lead and supervise a sales team and ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule, train, and motivate staff to achieve store goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking.
• Maintain attractive store layout and promotional displays.
• Build strong customer relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
• Report on store performance metrics and manage cash operations.
