Job summary

ALLIED PREMIUM CLOTHING INC. in the Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach a team of sales associates, cashiers and stock staff, and ensure excellent service for every customer.

You will manage inventory, monitor sales performance, and drive targets while maintaining a positive, high-energy environment that motivates the team and strengthens customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least a college level; a degree in any field.
• Experience in a retail role preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of driving sales and targets.
