Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Sipocot, Camarines Sur. You will lead store operations, drive sales, and ensure a tidy, compliant shopping environment.

Responsibilities include merchandising, staff coaching, daily banking, and coordinating with HQ. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in retail with strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to work in Sipocot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store's daily operation is properly managed.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting and serving customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruiting, selecting, training, coaching and disciplining employees; monitoring and appraising job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protects employees and customers by providing safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own use items and small notes needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
