Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or college level.
• Experience in warehouse or retail store preferred.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Good organization and record-keeping with attention to detail.
• Able to communicate in English and Tagalog (written and verbal).
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while delivering good service.
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
• Warehousing, stock or inventory control, and basic maintenance skills preferred.
• Physically and psychologically fit for the role and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, maintenance, security and stock supply.
• Ensure delivered stocks are checked, displayed, and shelves look full and neat.
• Assist customers by directing them to product locations and advising on purchases.
• Assist in bagging and helping customers carry items to their vehicles.
• Act as in-store security and manage backpacks or bags at the counter.
• Participate in inventory counts and help ensure accurate reports and minimize shrinkage.
• Communicate with peers and supervisor about product levels and store operations.
• Follow SOPs for depositing cash or closing the store.
• Strictly adhere to company policies and store procedures.
• Promote and add value to the Healthy Options brand.
