Job summary

Responsibilities

• In charge of store appearance, cleanliness, maintenance, security and store supplies
• Ensure stock is checked, displayed, and shelves look full and neat
• Assist customers by guiding them to products and helping bag items and carrying shopping bags
• Act as in-store security officer; check backpacks/bags at the counter
• Participate in inventory counts and help keep shrinkage low
• Communicate with peers and supervisor about product levels and store operations
• Follow SOPs for sensitive tasks like depositing cash or closing the store
• Adhere to company policies, standards and store procedures
• Take opportunities to promote the brand
