Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. in Makati is seeking a store associate to support daily store operations, focusing on cleanliness, maintenance, security, safety, and inventory management to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You will help display stock, assist customers and staff, uphold SOPs, and promote the brand while coordinating with peers to maintain accurate inventories and a safe shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• In charge of store appearance, cleanliness, maintenance, security and store supplies
• Ensure that delivered stocks are promptly checked and displayed, and that the store shelves always appear full and neat
• Assist in customer service by directing customers to appropriate product location and/or customer advisors, and assist in bagging and helping customers carry their shopping bags to their vehicles
• Act as in-store security officer, asking customers for their backpacks and other shopping bags to be put away in the package counter
• Participate in inventory counts, help ensure accuracy of inventory reports and keep shrinkage (expired and damaged) to a minimum through constant monitoring
• Regularly communicate with peers and immediate superior regarding product levels, customer queries and other store operational requirements
• Ensure that sensitive tasks that may be assigned, such as depositing cash or closing the store, are done strictly following the Company's SOPs
• Strictly follow company policies, standards and store operating procedures at all times
• Take every opportunity to promote and add value to the brand
