Job summary

RHD Daiso-Saizen, Inc. is seeking a Lead Generation / Site Selection professional to support RRHI's property development expansion from its Libis, Quezon City head office. You will help identify mall owners, developers, and real estate prospects and assist the Store Expansion Manager in evaluating sites.

The role focuses on market studies, lease considerations, tenant mix, and coordinating site inspections with business units to ensure viable land and lease opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Willing to work at Libis, Quezon City Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in expanding RRHI's network of property development leads.
• Assist in searching potential new sites for RRHI formats based on site and market studies, tenant-mix analysis, and reasonable commercial lease rates.
• Assist in packaging land lease arrangements and matching them with third-party developers.
• Assist in coordinating all site inspection activities with all Business Units concerned with the development.

• Assists the Store Expansion Manager in searching potential new sites for all RRHI formats on the basis of site and market study, tenant-mix analysis, and reasonable commercial lease rates.
• Assists the Store Expansion Manager in packaging land lease arrangements and matching them with third-party developers.
• Assists the Store Expansion Manager in coordinating all site inspection activities with all Business Units concerned with the development.

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Applicants must be willing to work in Libis,Quezon City Head Office.
