Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Pasay is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to oversee the leasing flow for mall spaces and buildings, ensuring terms align with company requirements.

You will negotiate offers, monitor renewal or non-renewal of leases, and handle the filing of lease contracts while presenting a professional, customer-friendly demeanor. This full-time on-site role requires a bachelor's degree and experience in lease-related fields, with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar field highly preferable.
• Strong negotiation and management abilities.
