• Permit Management: Manage, coordinate, and arrange all permits required for technical operations and logistics deliveries.
• Leasing Operations: Oversee the structural workflow of the leasing section in strict accordance with mall and building management terms.
• Rate Negotiation: Negotiate commercial lease offers, rates, and operational charges based on company parameters and financial demands.
• Space Monitoring: Monitor and organize lease properties scheduled for upcoming renewal or non-renewal cycles.
• Contract Documentation: Handle the systematic arrangement, legal filing, and organization of all Lease Contracts.
