Job summary

LAC Global in the Philippines is seeking an Architect/Graphic Designer to design store perspectives, blending art and technology to communicate ideas through images and layouts for mall environments.

The role requires at least two years of experience, ability to prepare blueprints, supervise graphics installation, estimate costs, and manage construction contracts with honesty and reliability.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience in the related field.
• Preferably Architecture or Graphic Design degree.
• Knowledge in store construction is an advantage.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Keen eye on store design and display.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare perspective of a store.
• Combine art and technology to communicate ideas through images and layouts.
• Have a good eye to do quality control of graphics being ordered.
• Maintain organizational skills from planning, developing and implementing designs.
• Prepare blue prints.
• Oversee installation of graphics in stores.
• Prepare construction contracts.
• Knowledge in cost estimates.
• Oversee construction processes.
• Experience in construction of stores in malls.
• Know all applicable applications that can help in the preparation of plans, etc.
• Personable, honest and hardworking.
• At least 2 years experience.
• Others that may be assigned from time to time
