Planet Sports Inc. is seeking a Store Audit Manager in the Philippines to lead the audit team, review operations, and evaluate internal controls. You will oversee audit procedures, prepare findings, and present results to auditees.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in audit, preferably retail, and strong communication plus independent judgment. This position focuses on strengthening internal controls within a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Internal Audit, Accounting, Finance/Business Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Audit, preferably in Retail Audit.
• Above-average communication skills.
• Sound, independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead auditor and manages the Team.
• Prepares and sends audit notifications to auditees.
• Performs audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing, and analyzing evidence, and documenting processes and procedures.
• Prepares audit report (findings and recommendations)
• Communicates and/or assists in communicating the results of audit via written reports and oral presentations to the auditees.
• Monitors and follow up all open audit findings to auditee.
• Pursues professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and professional association memberships, and shares information gained with co-workers.
