Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HRM or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in internal audit, F&B store operations, or related compliance role.
• Strong understanding of store cash control, inventory management, fixed asset management, and operational processes.
• Willingness to travel extensively for on-site audits and fieldwork.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify control gaps and operational inefficiencies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple audits concurrently.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with store teams and management.
• High level of integrity, objectivity, and professional skepticism in audit work.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Audit Planning Support – Support the Internal Audit Head and Leads in planning and prioritizing audit activities to meet coverage requirements.
• Audit Execution – Conduct store audits to evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and controls.
• Financial & Control Review – Review store financials, inventory management, and asset controls to identify risks and inefficiencies.
• Reporting – Prepare concise and detailed audit reports, summarizing findings and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaboration & Follow-up – Collaborate with store teams to ensure timely resolution of audit findings and implement process improvements.
