Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial operations and controller functions.
• Extensive experience in system design, process improvement, and integration would be a high advantage.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS/PFRS.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Finance Operations Group (AP, AR, DSR, and Treasury) end-to-end processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Establish and monitor internal controls and drive process improvements.
• Assist budgeting and consolidation with stakeholders.
