Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Fluency in Filipino and English is required.
• Minimum 5 years in the retail industry.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication and people-management skills.
• Experience as a supervisor or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and petty cash as needed.
• Complete and report sales, staffing, and tasks to HQ and superiors.
• Submit documents to HQ and superiors.
• Adhere to established guidelines and SOP.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
