The Stock Plans Consultant, internally known as Equity Compensation Consultant, serves as a trusted guide to employee shareholders, providing personalized education and support across equity compensation plans, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), Nonqualified Stock Options (NSOs), Incentive Stock Options (ISOs), Performance Stock Units (PSUs), Stock Appreciation Rights (SARs), and Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPPs). The Consultant helps participants understand, access, and maximize the value of their equity compensation while connecting equity education to broader financial wellness goals.
The Consultant provides clear, actionable guidance, resolves shareholder inquiries, supports equity-related transactions, and contributes to continuous improvement of the shareholder experience in a dynamic, evolving environment.
