Job summary

TTEC Bacolod is hiring a Chat Technical Support Representative to provide first-level technical support for email hosting and messaging platforms. You will troubleshoot issues and assist customers via chat, email, or other digital channels, onsite in Bacolod.

You will contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience and work within a team guided by our company values, with opportunities for career development and a benefits package based on position.

Qualifications

• Completed at least Senior High School with background in IT-related courses.
• Background in technical support or troubleshooting experience but not required, BPO experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of email systems, internet troubleshooting, and computer navigation
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with login issues, password resets, account setup, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve basic to moderately complex technical issues involving webmail, email clients, and account configurations.
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions with clear and professional communication.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Escalate unresolved or complex technical concerns to the appropriate support teams
