Job summary

OSM Maritime Services, Inc. is seeking a Steakhouse Sous Chef for a passenger ocean cruise in the Mediterranean. You will assist the Head Chef in running a high‑quality steakhouse galley, ensuring excellent food and smooth service for guests at sea.

The role requires prior sous chef or senior cook experience, strong meat and grilling knowledge, STCW and medical fitness for sea service, good English, and proven teamwork and leadership under pressure.
