Job summary

Alphalifestyle Corporation is seeking a dependable personal assistant and driver to support an executive in daily activities across Quezon City and Caliraya, Laguna. The role requires discretion, punctuality, and the ability to manage driving for office visits, medical appointments, and personal errands.

You will assist with mobility, carry bags and documents, coordinate with staff, and monitor the vehicle’s condition to ensure safety for all trips, including overnight stays when required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Experience as driver or executive assistant desirable.
• Able to assist with mobility and hospital visits with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive the executive to and from office, hospitals, clinics, and appointments.
• Assist the executive entering/exiting vehicle and with walking or stairs when needed.
• Carry bags, documents, medicines, and other personal belongings.
• Coordinate with doctors, hospital staff, office staff, and other assistants as instructed.
• Keep the vehicle clean and monitor basic vehicle conditions and maintenance.

Job description

Transportation & Driving

• Safely drive the company executive to and from:
• Office
• Hospitals and clinics
• Medical check-ups and rehabilitation appointments
• Caliraya, Laguna
• Personal appointments and errands
• Provide transportation for urgent hospital visits when necessary.
• Accompany the executive on trips to Caliraya, including overnight stays when required.

Personal Assistance & Mobility Support

• Assist the executive when entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Provide assistance with walking and navigating stairs when necessary.
• Stay nearby during hospital visits, medical appointments, and other activities to provide assistance as needed.
• Carry bags, documents, medicines, and other personal belongings.
• Pick up medicines, food, documents, and other necessary items.

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with doctors’ offices, hospital staff, office staff, household staff, and the Personal Assistant as instructed.
• Assist with personal errands and other tasks as requested.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Monitor fuel, tires, battery, oil, coolant, brakes, and other basic vehicle conditions.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and servicing as needed.

Confidentiality

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the executive’s personal, medical, family, and business matters.
