Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. in Cavite is seeking a responsible supervisor to oversee station operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and delivering excellent customer service.

The role includes managing manpower, enforcing safety protocols, and coordinating with nearby stations. The successful candidate will work Mondays through Saturdays, be trainable, and ready for training and assessment prior to deployment, with allowances provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year-course.
• Preferably with at least 6 months to 1 year experience in supervisory role.
• Trainable and trustworthy
• No visible tattoo
• Willing to be assigned in other nearby stations
• Willing to work Mondays-Saturdays
• Must be willing to go through training/assessment prior deployment (With assessment allowance)
