Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. is recruiting for a supervisory position at our station network in Cavite/Surigao area. The role emphasizes overseeing operations, delivering strong customer service, and maintaining safety and security across sites.

Ideal candidates are graduates of any 4-year course with 6 months to 1 year in supervision, trainable, and willing to be deployed to nearby stations. Mondays through Saturdays work schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year-course.
• Preferably with at least 6 months to 1 year experience in supervisory role.
• Trainable and trustworthy.
• No visible tattoo.
• Willing to be assigned in other nearby stations.
• Willing to work Mondays-Saturdays.
• Must be willing to go through training/assessment prior deployment (With assessment allowance).

Responsibilities

• Standard Operations and Compliance: Ensure that all stations' processes and activities conform to company standards.
• Customer Service: Ensure Customer Satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
• Safety and Security: Keep the station hazard-free and protect company assets, workforce, and customers.

  Ensure that station is hazard free and exercises security measures to protect the company assets, workforce, and its customers.

• Manpower Management

  Ensure that the station has an appropriate and skilled workforce that conforms to the company policies and procedures of running its operation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4 year-course
