Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee daily station operations in Metro Manila. The role emphasizes maintaining compliance with company standards, delivering high-quality customer service, and safeguarding assets and staff.

You will lead a trained team, coordinate shifts, and participate in ongoing training to meet deployment requirements. The candidate should be a quick learner, trustworthy, and willing to work Mondays through Saturdays, with readiness to relocate to

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year-course.
• Preferably with at least 6 months to 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Trainable and trustworthy.
• No visible tattoo.
• Willing to be assigned in other nearby stations.
• Willing to work Mondays-Saturdays.
• Must be willing to go through training/assessment prior deployment (With assessment allowance).

Responsibilities

• Standard Operations and Compliance across all stations.
• Deliver excellent Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain Safety and Security; protect assets, workforce, and customers.
• Manage manpower to ensure a skilled workforce aligned with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standard Operations and Compliance

  Ensure that all stations' processes and activities conforms to company standards.

• Customer Service

  Ensure that Customer Satisfaction are met by delivering excellent Customer Service.

• Safety and Security

  Ensure that station is hazard free and exercises security measures to protect the company assets, workforce, and its customers.

• Manpower Management

  Ensure that the station has an appropriate and skilled workforce that conforms to the company policies and procedures of running its operation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4 year-course

• Preferably with atleast 6 months to 1 year experience in supervisory role

• Trainable and trustworthy
