Responsible for managing the overall operations and performance of assigned gas stations to achieve sales and profitability targets while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, safety, security, and exceptional customer service. The Area Supervisor oversees inventory management, people development, station maintenance, and new station openings to ensure consistent implementation of company standards across all assigned locations.
Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance of assigned stations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and government regulations.
Oversee inventory management, product availability, fuel receiving, and loss prevention.
Maintain station cleanliness, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.
Implement safety, security, and environmental standards while managing security personnel performance.
Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate Station Supervisors and station personnel.
Support recruitment, employee discipline, performance management, and workforce development.
Conduct regular station audits, inspections, and submit accurate operational reports.
Coordinate new station openings, including operational readiness, competitor surveys, staffing, and pre-opening activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in retail, gas station, convenience store, or multi-site operations.
Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, sales management, safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
Proven leadership, people management, coaching, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
Willing to travel frequently, conduct field visits, and work flexible schedules.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
