Job summary

JADE BLUE PETROLEUM, INC. is seeking a station operations supervisor in Metro Manila who will oversee overall station operations and ensure smooth daily performance.

You will supervise cashiers and pump attendants, manage work schedules, monitor inventory, generate sales reports, and coordinate with management on improvements. Immediate availability preferred.

• Oversee the overall operations of the station
• Supervise and coordinate the tasks of cashiers and pump attendants
• Create and manage employee work schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee delivery receipts
• Generate sales reports and reconcile daily and weekly reports, along with other required documentation for management
• Train both new hires and current employees
• Identify and report any operational issues and propose effective solutions
• Implement strategies to enhance employee motivation, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Prior experience in managing a gas station is an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred
