Job summary

Suno is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to scale cross-functional technical programs, coordinating across engineering, product, and other teams to land large initiatives. The role offers a chance to build TPM from the ground up and shape best practices as the function matures.

You will drive end-to-end programs, mentor other TPMs, and collaborate closely with engineering leadership to accelerate delivery while aligning with Suno's mission of making creative fulfillment a daily reality

Qualifications

8–10 years in program or technical program management
Demonstrated adaptability and the ability to tailor approaches to the environment
Clear framework for evaluating program success and outcomes
Sufficient technical/coding fluency to understand and engage with the work

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional programs end to end across engineering, product, and related teams
Coach and grow the TPM function within the organization
Define and shape the TPM role, structure, and operating principles
Partner with engineering leadership to maintain velocity and collaboration
Translate Suno's mission into shipped programs across multiple teams
