Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment to prevent sudden breakdowns.
Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled checks, lubricate moving parts, change filters, and clean equipment to prevent sudden breakdowns.
Inspection and Troubleshooting: Inspect equipment to locate the root cause of malfunctions or performance errors.
Troubleshooting: Inspect operating machinery and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic faults.
Repairs: Disassemble, repair, or replace broken or worn-out parts like bearings, seals, and gears.
Testing: Test fixed equipment and run diagnostic software to verify proper performance.
Education:High school diploma, plus a technical certification, apprenticeship, or associate degree in mechanical engineering technology.
Experience: Three or more years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, plant, or industrial setting.
Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety rules, such as lockout/tagout procedures, and keep a clean work area.
