You will partner with engineering and product leaders on strategy and roadmap execution, balancing business value with system health, while operating in a hybrid/remote setup.

What you’ll do

• Define and evolve architecture and technical direction across systems and teams
• Lead design of high‑impact, cross‑functional engineering initiatives
• Drive key technical decisions balancing business value, speed, and system health
• Identify and reduce systemic technical and operational risks
• Serve as escalation point for critical or high‑risk technical issues
• Build shared platforms, patterns, and capabilities to scale team productivity
• Mentor engineers on system design, trade‑offs, and technical decision‑making
• Partner with engineering and product leaders on strategy and roadmap execution
