Inchcape Digital is seeking a Staff Engineer (Product Engineering) to lead the technical direction of complex, production-critical systems across multiple teams. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and system architecture, ensuring scalable, resilient, and high-performing products while reducing technical risk.

You will define architecture, drive high-impact initiatives, mentor engineers, and partner with product leaders to execute the roadmap in a hybrid/remote setup.
