You will shape architecture, drive cross‑functional initiatives, and mentor engineers to deliver scalable, resilient products with reduced technical risk.

You will partner with engineering and product leaders on strategy and roadmap execution, balancing business value with system health, while operating in a hybrid/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience leading architecture across large-scale distributed systems.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into technical strategy.
• Strong judgement on system design and trade-offs.
• Experience mentoring engineers and shaping roadmaps.
