Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in general accounting roles and strong understanding of financial processes.
• Hands-on experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Ability to review financial data, identify issues, and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day general accounting activities and support overall accounting operations.
• Prepare and complete cash reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Review, validate, and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Support month-end close activities, including account analysis and reconciliations.
• Perform analytical reviews to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with various accounting functions beyond Accounts Payable (AP).
• Serve as a backup resource across different areas of accounting as needed.
• Support audit activities and strengthen accounting processes and workflows.
• Contribute to scaling accounting operations as the company grows.
