Job summary

Stagwell Philippines is seeking a finance/accounting professional to manage monthly financial statements for assigned entities and support the month-end close process. You will perform reconciliations, record routine and complex entries, and collaborate with central AP/AR teams to ensure accurate reporting in Hyperion.

Responsibilities

• Monthly Financial Statements for assigned entities
• Assist month-end close process, including balance sheet reconciliations, reporting requirements, and variance analysis
• Record routine and non-complex transactions
• Record fixed asset depreciation, intangibles amortization, etc. entries
• Record corporate reporting team driven month-end and quarter-end close entries
• Cash Reconciliation
• Credit Card reconciliations and recording of expenses
• AP, AR, etc. subledger reconciliations
• Bi-weekly Payroll entries and reconciliation
• Month end accruals
• Reconciliation of Intracompany and Intercompany activity with other Stagwell subsidiaries
• Work with the central AP, AR, and Billing Teams throughout the month to achieve desired outcomes for month end close
• Upload approved trial balances and ancillary reports to Stagwell's reporting tool, Hyperion.
• Assist in local tax compliance
• Assist in SOX compliance by maintaining strong accounting controls and practices over financial reporting
• Assist in the Internal/External Audits: prepare schedules as assigned and conduct audit research and answer questions
