Job summary

STARTRADER is hiring a Business Development Manager in the Philippines (Remote) to expand our affiliate network, engage influencers and KOLs, and drive growth across our product suite. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, recruiting partners, and maintaining strong partner relationships in a dynamic trading environment.

Ideal candidates will have a finance/business background, at least 6 months in forex sales or support, strong English, and excellent communication, organization, and

• Tertiary qualification in finance, business or related field.
• At least 6 months experience in customer support or sales in forex.
• Industry or recent graduate with excellent academic performance in finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a second European language.
• Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills and excellent team player.
• Highly organised and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored partnerships initiatives to drive growth across products
• Identify opportunities and build a prospect pipeline of new affiliates, Influencers and KOLs
• Propose and implement partnership recruitment and retention strategies
• Act as the initial point of contact for partnership escalations, managing relationships with affiliates, influencers and KOLs.
• Ensure that allocated clients are introduced/contacted regularly and well managed
• Adopt a proactive approach to grow clients base through client referrals and networking
• Actively follow upon leads via client referrals and networking
• Plan and execute marketing events, campaigns as directed by manager
• Assist on client behaviour

Key Responsibilities
