Job summary

Multisys Technologies Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Sr UI/UX Designer to lead a team of designers and shape the visual language of our digital products. You will craft user interfaces, typography, color schemes, and responsive layouts while guiding others to deliver cohesive, user-centered experiences.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in IT or related field, 5+ years in UI/UX, strong portfolio, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of UI/UX design experience.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficient in UI/UX tools, especially Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills; knowledge of UX basics and responsive design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of designers toward a common goal.
• Design visual elements of the product, including buttons, icons, typography, color schemes, and layout.
• Explain design solutions clearly and mentor junior designers.

A Sr. UI/UX Designer is a professional responsible for designing the visual elements of a digital product or application while leading a group of designers towards a common goal. They focus on creating the look and feel of the user interface, including elements such as buttons, icons, typography, color schemes, and overall layout.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field
• With at least 5-year experience as a UI/UX Designer or any similar role
• Great interpersonal, management and communication skills
• Advanced ability to discuss and explain design solutions
• Able to mentor and coach others Proficient in UI/UX design software ex. Figma
• Has a strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate design skills
• Well-versed with UX basics, User-Centered Design, and Responsive Web Design Experience in working with e-commerce, health, government or other SaaS project is an advantage
• Attended UX or Design Conferences and/or certifications is a plus
