Job summary

2X is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to collaborate with internal client teams and the UI/UX group to create compelling B2B campaigns and design assets. You will drive landing pages, emails, microsites, and dashboards, ensuring brand consistency and optimized performance.

Qualifications

Position description:

To work in hands with internal client’s team and UIUX team to produce effective and compelling B2B campaigns. To execute campaign assets and helping on website revamp/enhancement (lead gen, seo, branding) and microsite.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic assessment and execute high quality design tasks for various digital assets, including landing pages, emails, microsites, webpages, digital or social banner ads and reporting dashboards while meeting the deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (such as content, marketing, data & developer team) to gather requirements and define design objectives aligned with project goals.
• Understand client's brand guideline, analyze user personas, journey maps, and existing design assets to inform design decisions, utilizing analytics and usability testing to optimize performance.
• Translate design concepts into visually appealing prototypes, mockups, and interactive designs, ensuring seamless user experiences and responsiveness across devices.
• Execution and adaptation of design assets across multiple platforms, driving A/B testing initiatives and proposing data driven recommendations for optimization.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive UI kits and design systems to streamline processes and ensure brand consistency, documenting modules and templates for efficient collaboration.
• Create assessment decks, establish project timelines and milestones, manage client, feedback and revisions, and conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of design excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing related project experience, such as landing pages, emails, microsites, webpages, reporting dashboards, system templates, and other digital assets.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, design conceptualisation, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including client management and project coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, gather requirements, and effectively translate client needs into design solutions.
• Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and creativity.
