RTX Corporation in the Philippines seeks an Import Logistics Coordinator to oversee end-to-end import shipments, coordinating schedules and monitoring clearance to ensure on-time deliveries for Collins Aerospace imports.

Based in Batangas, the onsite role will liaise with forwarders, brokers, QA, receiving and CA PH Supply Chain to secure necessary documents and accurate records in PTOPS, while handling importable classifications and file-naming tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring end-to-end import shipment process and updating import monitoring report
• Coordinating with forwarders and brokers the status of clearance and delivery schedule
• Request proper import documents to CA PH Supply Chain, if needed
• Coordinate with CA PH Receiving Team for the delivery schedule
• Saving/Renaming of scanned Import documents to Inbound folder and related activities
• Retrieval of scanned Import Permit (IP ) documents requested by inter related department
• Classification request for Importable
• Uploading importable in PTOPS
• Filling of claims to Forwarder / Collins Insurance Agency
• Coordinate with QA, SC and receiving in regards with claim information and requirement

Role type

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.
