TheSr. Supply Chain Manager leads end-to-end supply chain operations for the Energy Business Unit, ensuring supply continuity, inventory optimization, customer delivery performance, and operational excellence. This role oversees planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks, enhance service levels, drive operational efficiency, and support business growth through scalable and data-driven supply chain solutions.

What your background should look like

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including leadership of regional or global teams.
• Strong background in planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and operations.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• APICS/ASCM (CSCP, CPIM) or equivalent certification.
• Experience in Energy, Industrial, Electronics, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Knowledge of SAP, S/4HANA, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or similar planning systems.
• Experience leading supply chain transformation, digitalization, or ERP initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
