Job summary

Philip Morris International seeks a Sr Supervisor Consumer Engagement Trade Operations to lead activation programs across Modern Trade for CC and SFP. You will guide a team of executives, manage local vendors, and ensure performance insights drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and willingness to travel extensively within the region; a Philippine driver's license is required.

• TPA Oversight: oversee local vendors and approved agencies; resolve execution issues as needed.
• Consumer Insights & Reporting: consolidate feedback and activation learnings; share recommendations to improve future initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring: track regional activation KPIs and team performance; identify gaps and take corrective actions.
• Route Planning: partner with Commercial Operations to validate POS nominations and optimize field coverage.

Sr Supervisor Consumer Engagement Trade Operations leads a team of executives in delivering Consumer Engagement activations across Modern Trade for both Combustible Cigarettes (CC) and Smoke-Free Products (SFP) within an assigned region. The role ensures consistent execution of activation plans, monitors performance, provides field guidance, and consolidates insights to support business objectives and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Execution

• Ensure consistent execution of brand-aligned activation plans.
• Coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations to support seamless implementation.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Provide guidance and support to drive execution excellence and achieve targets.

TPA Oversight

• Oversee local vendors and approved agencies supporting activations.
• Resolve and escape execution issues as needed.

Consumer Insights & Reporting

• Consolidate consumer feedback and activation learnings.
• Share insights and recommendations to improve future initiatives.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor regional activation KPIs and team performance.
• Review results, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.

Route Planning

• Partner with Commercial Operations to validate POS nominations and route plans.
• Ensure optimal field coverage and resource deployment.
