Job summary

PMFTC Inc. is seeking a Sr Supervisor Consumer Engagement Trade Operations to lead a team delivering activation programs across Modern Trade for CC and SFP products. You will drive execution, monitor performance, and consolidate insights to support improvements.

Travel within the region is required and mentorship of field teams is essential. Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management are needed to coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations, ensuring consistent, brand-aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.

The Sr Supervisor Consumer Engagement Trade Operations leads a team of executives in delivering Consumer Engagement activations across Modern Trade for both Combustible Cigarettes (CC) and Smoke-Free Products (SFP) within an assigned region. The role ensures consistent execution of activation plans, monitors performance, provides field guidance, and consolidates insights to support business objectives and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
