Philip Morris International in the Philippines invites you to join our Consumer Engagement team as a Trade Operations Executive. You’ll lead on-ground activations across all trade channels for Combustible Cigarettes and Smoke-Free Products within a designated region, ensuring execution excellence and gathering consumer insights.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and a valid Philippine driver's license.

• Experience working on cross-functional initiatives.
• Field sales exposure is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Strategy execution: implement brand-aligned plans for CC and SFP; coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations for seamless execution.
• TPA Coordination: manage local vendors and approved agencies; oversee and resolve activation-related issues.
• Consumer Insights & Reporting: collect feedback on products and engagements; share insights regularly for continuous improvement.
• Performance Monitoring: track activation KPIs; document learnings and report updates to Supervisor.
• Route Planning: Collaborate with Commercial Operations on POS nominations; validate route plans per brand cycle.
