Job summary

Tech Mahindra Philippines is hiring a Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, configure, and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that boost business capabilities and efficiency. You will work with product teams, stakeholders, and tech leads to deliver secure, scalable CRM solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

The role requires 2+ years in Dynamics 365/Power Platform, expertise in customization, Dataverse, and integrations, and familiarity with Agile and DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization/configuration, Dataverse, and API/integration development.
• Experience with system integrations, data handling, and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Dynamics 365 solutions including custom components, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 using native features and Power Platform.
• Develop system integrations; support data modeling, migration, and data quality.
• Contribute to SDLC including development, testing, deployment, and releases.
• Troubleshoot issues; perform root‑cause analysis and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, and architects to translate requirements.
• Ensure coding standards, security policies, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for sustainment and transfer.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to enable business capabilities and improve operational efficiency. This role collaborates with product teams, business stakeholders, and technical leads to ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality CRM solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Development: Design and build Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom components, plugins, workflows, and integrations
• Customization & Configuration: Configure and extend Dynamics 365 applications using native features and Power Platform capabilities
• Integration & Data: Develop system integrations and support data modeling, migration, and data quality management
• Delivery Execution: Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and release management
• Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement enhancements to improve system stability and performance
• Collaboration: Work with business analysts, product owners, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Governance & Quality: Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and enterprise architecture guidelines
• Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation to support solution sustainment and knowledge transfer

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development
• Proficiency in:
• Dynamics 365 (CRM) customization and configuration
• Dataverse and API/integration development
• Experience with system integrations, data handling, and solution deployment
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and release management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
• Understanding of CRM business processes (Sales, Service, Finance, or Operations)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration
• Accountability for delivery quality and timelines
• Continuous learning and adaptability in evolving technologies
