Job summary

Boltin is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Team Lead to drive technical solutions for Sales, Experience, and Service Cloud projects. The role requires hands-on development with Lightning components, Apex, and automation, plus strong stakeholder liaison.

You will collaborate with UI/UX teams, perform data migrations, and support presales on RFPs. Agile experience and excellent communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience including Sales, Experience, and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on development with Lightning components, Apex, and automations.
• Experience in integrating systems via SOAP/REST APIs.
• Experience in data migration using loading tools.
• Strong stakeholder liaison and requirements gathering ability.
• Presales support experience on RFPs and solution proposals.
• Agile environment exposure is preferred.
• Excellent communication and training material creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce technical discussions with clients and stakeholders.

• Certified Team Lead in Salesforce Products with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Platform including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions
• Ability to interact with client to understand business process and requirements.
• Presales Technical Support on RFP.
• Desire to implement best practice solutions with hands-on
• Should have hands on experience Salesforce lightning Experience including experience in building Salesforce custom lightning web components, Lightning Pages, lightning App Builder and ability to collaborate with UI/UX teams for designing and implementing visually appealing, intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience in integration (Soap/ REST).
• Experience desired in using data migration with data loading tools.
• Must have Strong experience in using Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Apex Classes, batch process, Apex test classes, Async Apex, Flows, Approval Process, Reports and Dashboards
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Certification in Salesforce Platform Developer I, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant
